Terms of use
Last updated October 5, 2026
By using Trueinch you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read: your drawings stay yours, Trueinch's measurements and simulations are careful estimates rather than certified surveys, and everyone uses it fairly.
Your account
You need an account to add homes. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what is done with it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your drawings stay yours
You keep every right you have in the drawings you upload and in what you add. You let us store them, read them and build from them, only to give Trueinch to you. Upload only drawings you're entitled to use, such as your own, ones your builder or agent gave you, or a published brochure.
How we handle them is in our Privacy page.
What Trueinch's numbers are
Trueinch reads sizes from drawings, checks them against each other, and says how sure it is. Drawings can be wrong, out of scale or out of date, and a reading can be wrong too. Room sizes, furniture fits, sunlight, daylight, airflow and the answers to your questions are estimates from the drawing and from simulations, not certified measurements, and not architectural, engineering, legal or financial advice.
A product you bring in from a store is built from what the store's page prints: its sizes, as the page gives them, and a model of its shape and look, made from its photo. Stores change their pages, and a page can be wrong; the store, not Trueinch, sells the product. Check its sizes and price with the store before you buy.
Before you buy, rent, build, change a wall or order furniture, check what matters on site, and with a qualified professional where it should be.
Using it fairly
- Don't upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around Trueinch's limits or security, or reach other people's homes.
- Don't copy Trueinch's service, or scrape it, or resell it, without our written agreement.
Each day has limits on drawings, questions and simulations, shown in your account menu. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why.
Price
Trueinch is free to use for now. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and nothing you've made will be taken away without notice.
Our part
We work to keep Trueinch running, accurate and safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on its estimates; nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.
Changes, and questions
When we change these terms, we change their date above, and tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect. Questions are welcome at ceo@trueinch.com.
